The Leap Conventions Content Dashboard is designed to aggregate front-facing information for clients and attendees. It comprises three main sections:

• Schedule Management: Users can easily search for schedule items using a dynamic search bar and filter by categories. Each day of the event has a list of schedule items that attendees can add to their schedule.  Attendees will select one of their eligible products and add items to their schedule.  If an item has a required or optional purchase, the attendee can check out when they’re done selecting all their programming! Conflicting schedule items are flagged to prevent overlapping registrations.
• People Manager Integration: Event producers can populate attendee profiles, showcasing their scheduled events and other details.
• Exhibit Space Management Integration: Vendors can control their exhibit details, upload content, and manage their presence at the event.

Key Features

Schedule Registration

Users can register for events and manage their schedules directly from the dashboard. Optional and required purchases can be easily managed with timers for required purchases.

Conflict Resolution

The system prevents users from registering for conflicting events, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.

Mobile Compatibility

The Content Dashboard is accessible on mobile devices, ensuring flexibility and convenience for attendees.

Configuring The Content Dashboard

From the Leap Conventions navigation, select Event Setup > Content Dashboard.

Event Organizers can enable/disable the dashboard and customize its appearance, including background images and headers.

• Event Dashboard - This toggle will enable or disable the dashboard on/off
• Background Color - Set the background color of the page
• Event Dashboard Header - Toggle the use of the custom header image. Once toggled, a file selector will appear. Alternatively, you can use a header image via a URL.
• Custom CSS - The CSS field enables you to apply custom styling to personalize the appearance and design of the Content Dashboard.

Schedule, People, and Exhibit Settings

The Content Dashboard's Schedule, People, and Exhibitor sections can be further customized. Each section presents an option to enable and/or make it public. You can also override the display by specifying a custom title and subtitle for each section.
