Navigate to People Manager > Event People. To access the various setup tools, select the Gear Icon.

People Manager Settings
Enable any People Manager utilities needed for your event. Selected utilities will display on the People Manager Dashboard.
People Categories
Create custom People categories within your event. Example categories may include: Celebrities, staff, agents, entourage, VIPs, artists, contracted guests, and more.
These categories inform data exports and how People are viewed within the system.
Itinerary Defaults
Save time creating People itineraries by setting itinerary defaults. Information entered into the following WYSIWYG fields will be included in each sent itinerary:
- General Information
- Contacts
- Transportation Information
- Travel Information
- Schedule Information
Hotels
Add hotels where your event people will be staying. After creating a hotel, select Edit and add further details:

People can then be assigned hotels using the People Manager utilities.
Transportation Companies
Add transport companies who may assist in the ground transport of People during the event.
How the Person/celebrity gets from their house to the airport, from the airport to the hotel, how they get around the city at the venue, etc.
After creating a transportation company, select Edit and add further details.
People can then be assigned transportation using the People Manager utilities.
