Volunteer Training provides a way to communicate specific or general training to each volunteer at your event. These training materials will be displayed on the volunteer's front facing page in Leap Conventions.

Access this tool under Volunteer Manager > Volunteer Setup > Volunteer Training.

Adding Training Materials

From the Volunteer Training page, select +Add Training Materials.

You will be presented with a page to create the training resource. To get started, select the type of material:

• Text Entry - A standard text based post, useful to communicating basic information
• Upload - Uploading documents, PDFs, or other resources 
• Link - Add an external link such as an instructional video available on YouTube

In the Applicable Volunteer Type dropdown, select who should receive the training. Note, you can send to all volunteers, or to a specific volunteer type.

Give your training a Title and Description and select Add Training.
