This article will show you how to set minimum and maximum purchase limits on orders.

Setting minimum and maximum purchase limits allows you to control the number of tickets that can be purchased in a single order. 

Edit the Product

Once your event is loaded, click the Product Manager tab and select Products from the drop down.

Click the edit icon on the product you need to modify.

Advanced Features

Click into the advanced features of that product. This will take you to a list of product modifications.

Enable the Minimum and/or Maximum Purchase limits

Scroll down to Purchase Quantity Limit or Purchase Quantity Limit Minimum and toggle from No to Yes.

Fields will appear where the minimum or maximum ticket amounts can be set.  

Select Update at the bottom of the page.
