Order Surveys

An order survey allows you to add any additional questions to the purchase flow for an event. Order surveys can be attached to the entire order or on a per-product basis. Responses can be viewed in detail on each survey.

How to Create an Order Survey

  1. Navigate to Event Set Up > Order Surveys
  2. Select +Create Survey
  3. Name the survey and select Create Survey
  4. On the next screen, toggle it to Active - It can be turned on and off (at your discretion)
  5. Add in the remaining details:
    1. Description - An internal description of the survey
    2. Public Text - This is a little bit of text that shows prompting the user to enter additional information. If empty, will default to Survey
    3. Survey Type (Important!) - select whether the survey should be for one specific product or the entire order (Note: selecting Product will prompt you to choose which products the survey should apply to)
  6. Select Save - you will be brought back to the main Order Survey screen
  7. Select Questions
  8. Add your question(s) choosing an appropriate question type:
    1. Text Entry
    2. Multiple Choice
    3. Multiple Select
    4. Date 
      1. An Example Question: What is your T-Shirt Size? Change the Type to Multiple Choice (and create options for the customer to select)
  9. Toggle the question to be Required (or not)
  10. Select Save Question - This will save your question and put it at the bottom of the page where you will have the chance to add options.
  11. Below your question, there is a blank space you can type in your options
    1. Input your first option and select Add Option and continue to do so for all of your options
  12. Select the green button Update Question Order

Survey In The Purchase Flow

Questions will appear for submission after the purchase flow is complete. 

Viewing Responses

Select Responses next to the appropriate survey on the Order Surveys page.
