This article covers Applications which are part of the Exhibit Space Manager. This feature is used to create and collect applications for exhibitors (or vendors) to curate the types of vendors in your event.
Access
From the left panel navigation, choose Exhibit Space Manager > Applications.
There are two options:
- View Applications
- Frontend Application Page
Frontend Application Page
This launches the actual public page where the applications can be chosen.
- If you have multiple applications, they will all appear on this Frontend Application page.

View Applications Page
This table displays all of the created applications and includes helpful data to manage the application process.

- Active - Displays whether the application is active or inactive
- Name - Displays the name of the application
- New - Displays how many new entries have been submitted since last view
- Under Review - Displays how many applications are marked as 'under review'
- On Hold - Displays how many applications are marked as 'on hold'
- Approved - Displays how many applications have been marked as 'approved'
- Denied - Displays how many applications have been marked as 'denied'
- Purchase report - Displays how many exhibit spaces have been purchased
- Application Page - A button that will create a dynamic/unique link that displays this particular application only
- View Applicants - Select this to get a detailed summary of each applicant/submission through the application
- Actions - Edit the application, Manage Questions, or Delete the application
