Creating a Campaign Category
Campaign code categories allow the organizer to create various custom categories. This is helpful as you can easily filter by these categories and generate reports based on them.
- Select Campaign Code Categories
- Select Add a Campaign Code Category
- Enter the custom category in the Category Name field
- Select Create Campaign Code Category
- The category is now saved!
On the overall Campaign Codes page, it is possible to now filter Campaign Codes that live within the various categories:

The categories are assigned when creating a campaign code.
Creating a Campaign Code
- From the main Campaign Codes page, select Create a Code
- Select a category for this code
- Enter the code text with no spaces
- Add any custom notes to describe what this code is for
- Select Create Code to save it
Managing Campaign Codes
From the main Campaign Codes page, you can manage the various codes that you have created.

- Use the Search Term field to search any of your codes
- Use the Category To View dropdown to view codes based on an assigned category
- Select Clear to remove any search terms or category filters
Campaign Code Conversion Time
Here, you can set how long the campaign code conversion time will be. The default is 24 hours.
This conversion time refers to how long the cookie lasts to track a conversion from the initial click. If it's set to 24 hours, and someone clicks on a link and doesn't make an immediate purchase, if they do so within the next 24 hours, the cookie will still track the conversion.
- Select Update next to “campaign code conversion time is set to 24 hours”
- Enter a custom time (in hours) in the selection field
- Select Update Campaign Code Settings
