The customer loyalty page showcases your event’s top customers. This table will rank your customers and display the following information:

• Rank
• First Name    
• Last Name    
• Email    
• Total Spent

This page also allows viewing the top 50 customers across all of your events.

Click the ‘eye’ icon next to the customer's first name to display more helpful customer information, including their contact information, events attended, and purchase history.

Marketing

You can target these non-returning attendees from the email blast tool under Marketing–it will also target ALL non-returning attendees.
