How to Add Event People

Navigate to the main People index: People Manager > Event People.

You can also access People under People Manager > Master People.

+New Event Person

If you are adding new People specific to that event, select +New Event Person.

Add their name and select any utilities applicable to the person's role or function. 

Utility Example - If a Person was in a celebrity entourage, the Sales Breakdowns utility would likely not apply, so we would not enable it. The idea is to only enable specific utilities to view and manage data that matters to the Person.

Categories - When adding a new person, assign a category which is helpful in filters and reports.

To finish, choose Create Person.

Master People

If you have used Leap Conventions for other/previous events, you can pull in People using Master People.

Select Master People.

A list of Master People will display. To add one to your current event, select Add to Event.

Note the other functions available:

  • QuickView - Selecting Quick View will display a pop up window displaying the Person's details
  • Edit Master Record - Use to edit the master record
  • Delete Master Record - Delete this Master Person

You can also create a new Master Person from this page. After adding a Master Person, they will be available to be added to any of your other connected events.
