Renewal

Note: Requires that the next year event is already setup and ready to be sold as a renewal

Onsite renewal setup is functionality reserved for days of the show to setup a credit renewal form. 

  • Onsite Renewal Page Active- Yes/No
    • Enables or disables the public renewal page
  • Onsite Renewals Off Message - Sets a custom message to be displayed if the renewal page is disabled
  • Onsite Renewal Information - Enter custom information to be displayed on the renewal page
  • Credit Renewal Form - Creates the link to the public renewal page
  • Cash Renewal Form - Creates the link to the public renewal page (cash only)
    • Cash renewal sales marks it in the Leap Conventions system as a renewal that needs to be approved
    • The onsite process would play out as:
      • Send out the cash renewal forms to the vendors
      • Vendor renews the vendor offering for the next year's event
      • Exhibit Space Management team is available at the booth to accept the cash payment
      • They pull up the order in Exhibit Space Orders and then mark the order as completed/received
