Onsite renewal setup is functionality reserved for days of the show to setup a credit renewal form.
- Onsite Renewal Page Active- Yes/No
- Enables or disables the public renewal page
- Onsite Renewals Off Message - Sets a custom message to be displayed if the renewal page is disabled
- Onsite Renewal Information - Enter custom information to be displayed on the renewal page
- Credit Renewal Form - Creates the link to the public renewal page
- Cash Renewal Form - Creates the link to the public renewal page (cash only)
- Cash renewal sales marks it in the Leap Conventions system as a renewal that needs to be approved
- The onsite process would play out as:
- Send out the cash renewal forms to the vendors
- Vendor renews the vendor offering for the next year's event
- Exhibit Space Management team is available at the booth to accept the cash payment
- They pull up the order in Exhibit Space Orders and then mark the order as completed/received
