Resending Order Confirmation Emails

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab on the left menu bar
  2. Enter the customer's information, and select Search orders
  3. Once the order populates in the search results, click the blue View button on the right
  4. Under Customer Support Tools, select the Resend confirmation email option

Tip

Before resending the confirmation email, confirm with the customer that we have the correct email on file.
