This article will show you how to locate, set up, or adjust the tax rate for your products.
Adjusting Product Tax
Select Product Manager > Setup.
Scroll Down and toggle Charge Tax to Yes.
Once you turn on Charge Tax the tax rate field will appear. Add the tax percentage that needs to be charged on your product sales.
Scroll down and select Update Product Details.

It's always a good idea to go through the purchase flow to make sure the tax is calculated correctly once it is set up.
