The View Applicants page displays a summary of all submissions through an application. Some key features of this page are:

• Status filters - All, New submissions, Under Review, On Hold, Waitlist, Sponsors, Approved, and Denied
• Search - Quickly find a submission using the search field
• Export This List - Export the list of applicants as a CSV file. This is helpful when event organizers want to view all applications simultaneously in Google Docs, Excel, etc.
• Purchase Link - Opens a dynamic URL that is unique to that vendor's purchase/submission
• Delete - Delete an application.

  • This should be used primarily to remove testing applications. Applications have several statuses that can be leveraged instead of deleting. Deleting will remove any data submitted by the applicant, including form builder responses, messages, and admin notes.

     

View

Selecting View will open the application. The page will display the questions/answers from the application, the signature on the terms and conditions, and communication between the show producer and vendor.

• Communication - This page provides a messaging tool to allow the show producer and vendor to communicate back and forth. The email comes from 'noreply.conventions@leapevent.tech'
• Admin Notes - Internal field to add notes - helpful for show producers to keep track of important details
• Update Application - Select an approval state for the application and a unique rating (1-10)
• Approve Application and Send Purchase Link- This is where we can approve the specific application and send the purchase link. This functions identically to Send Purchase Link.
  • Link Expires - Yes/No - If set to yes, the single purchase link will expire in the timeframe entered below in the Expiration Time Frame (in days) field
  • Expiration Time Frame (in days) - Enter a numeric value to set an expiration for the single purchase link
  • Purchase Quantity Limit (total spaces per order - leave it blank for unlimited) - The total number of items they will be able to purchase on their order.
  • All Space Types - Yes/No - If all select, they can purchase everything. If no, choose from what space types you want to be available from the itemized list of space types
  • Deny Application - Used to deny this specific application.
    • Enter a custom denial reason in the text field and choose Deny Application and Send Denial Email
